Studio Policy

  • Our studio space has a no child policy, as much as we love children, due to insurance and safety reasons we cannot have them in the room.

  • Please come alone to appointments, this means no friends or family can come with you to your appointment. We understand that sometimes you need moral support, however, in light of the global situation with the pandemic, we kindly ask you to come alone.

  • Please attend your appointments makeup-free. If we have to remove mascara or eye makeup for a lash lift or tint appointment, there is an additional charge of $5.

  • ILLNESS: If you are sick/ unwell, been in contact with someone who is unwell, have been overseas or travelling interstate in the last two weeks, you must allow two weeks before booking an appointment. We take our health very seriously. Feel free to wear a face mask during your appointment as well.


Cancellation Policy

  • Lash & brow appointment cancellations & rescheduling requires 24 hour notice.

  • If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the appointment a 50% appointment fee will be invoiced.

  • If a cancellation is made with less than 4 hours notice, the full amount of the appointment will be charged.

  • Failure to cancel an appointment and not show up will result in a “no show” payment, which is the full amount of the service booked. This invoice must be payed before the client is able to rebook an appointment.

  • All cosmetic brow tattoo appointments require 48 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling, or else the deposit can not be reimbursed. Any serious circumstances will be taken into careful consideration.

  • Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule to another day and time. This will result in the full amount of the appointment needing to be paid for due to last minute rescheduling!
